Your Pay Pal Payment was declined!

We can not accept payment for a shipment to a "unconfirmed" or "non-confirmed" address.  If we do, we have no recourse if you put a claim in for non-delivery, even if we have proof of delivery.  

Due to our carrier requirements we must have a phone number with all orders prior to shipping.  This assures timely delivery by the delivering carrier.
