Brakes 68-74 Nova

68-74 Nova Disc Brake Kits

There are may options for you to pick from for your Nova.  We now offer the Camaro brake kits for your stock spindles or with optional 2" drop spindles.  We always recommend the purchase of the Wilwood brake kits over the OEM (factory) type because of the amount of pressure that is required to operate the GM calipers.  What you save on your initial purchase will be lost with the headaches, time and parts you have to buy in addition to the normal master cylinder used with a 4 piston caliper kit.

Scalloped Rotor

Special Optional Scalloped Rotors. 12.90 x 1.10 directional vane. Add this to any of our custom 12.90 front or rear brake kits and you will have an award winning car. Too cool for words. Front rotors use one of our custom aluminum hats. Rears are custom built to fit the Wilwood rear brake assembly so you can upgrade an existing 12.19 x .810 kit to this big 12.90" x 1.10" rotors. Call for details regarding any upgrade or you can add this to one of our famous "Zero Offset" brake kits.

Scalloped rotors also available for 11.75" and 12.19" rotors with 8 on 7" mount in .810" and 1.10" thick.

Scalloped rotors were orginally designed for asphalt racing. How cool is too cool? Paint the vanes red, yellow or green and you have the coolest set of rotors in town.

1964-72 Chevrolet master cylinder and power booster. Your choice of 7" or 8" dual diaphragm booster and choice of 1" or 1-1/8" master cylinder. Now you can have the room to install your big block Chevy and tall valve covers. Recommend you take 7" and 8" circle templet to determine the size booster that will fit your engine compartment. You will receive a booster, master cylinder, 4" extension rod for your booster, clevis and pin for your brake pedal and the proper brackets for your car.

Complete Stainless Brake Line Kits
Now you can replace your old brake lines with new stainless lines for your disc brake conversion. Although these kit look factory correct they are made for "conversions" and will not be correct if you are having your car judged as "OEM" perfect.

Conversion Kits Includes: Four (4) stainless front brake lines, two (2) stainless rear brake lines and brake line clips (for entire car). Does not include brass tees, elbows or front flexible lines to calipers. Optional distribution blocks and the lines to the master cylinder is also available in brass or chrome with 9/16 & 1/2 or 3/8 fittings. Unless otherwise notified we will ship the 9/16 & 1/2 fitting lines.

OEM Kits Include: All front and rear stainless lines and brake line clips. Does not include brass tees, elbows and front flexible lines to calipers.

Rear End Kit Includes: Stainless flex hose, t-block for rear end, two (2) stainless hard lines, two (2) 12" flex lines to the calipers and two (2) caliper fittings.
