This early Corvette replacement - ALL NEW non tilt column fits with the original dash configuration of the early Corvette 1953 - '62. Can also be used in Cobra, roadsters and other custom applications that need to be close to the dash, with a 4-3/16" length upper housing. The column features GM turn signal/hazard and a splined input shaft 3/4" -36 for easy connection to your existing steering.

This column is an ideal fit for the 1963 - '82 Corvette applications which did not have tilt steering originally. The sleek design is similar to the styling of the original straight column right down to the 1 1/2" diameter tube. This all-new steering column fits into the original dash Mount and with the modern convenience of TILT steering. The column features a splined input shaft 3/4 - 36 for connection to your existing steering. Available in Paintable Steel or Polished Stainless Steel. 68-82 come with key.

63-82 Corvette 2" Drop SpindlesHSP 2210632 1963 to 1968 Corvette 2" dropped spindles. Uses stock steering arms. 65-68 steering arms must be modified by removing .120" so that the steering arms will clear the control arms. Uses A-2 and A-6 bearings can be used on the 69-82 Corvette, with the use of the A-2 and A-6 bearings. Will not work with stock rotors due the the bottom portion of the straight. |

These new steering boxes are manufactured using the highest quality all new components - sector, recirculating ball worm and nut, bushing and roller bearings. Even the casting and cap are new! (this also means no core charge is required!) This unit is dimensionally interchangeable with the original, but all new parts will bring back performance steering and handling to your vehicle. Of course, the ratio is the quick 16:1 design preferred by enthusiasts.

Bal-Bar™Bal-Bar™ Patent-pending Ever see a race car with a booster? Racers have been using pedals with balance bar assemblies for years. Simple just build your chassis around the pedal assembly.
