Billet Dynalite Single Two Piston Calipers
DLS calipers generate high clamping force from a compact 1.4 pound opposed two piston design. Each caliper is CNC machined from premium billet, and fitted with stainless steel pistons to resist corrosion and reduce heat transfer from the pads. Square faced piston o-rings provide long service life and positive piston retraction for reduced drag. Stainless steel SRS plates protect the caliper from pad gouging, and their spring-loaded design reduces noise from pad rattle and engagement harmonics. Internal fluid ports evenly distribute pressure to both pistons. Four corner bleed screws assure simple and effective bleeding on both sides. Quick-Clip pins provide easy pad access and a bright black finish preserves the caliper's classic style
Forged Billet Aluminum Hubs
Forged hubs are unmatched for strength and weight savings. Premium grade billets are forged into shape under high heat and pressure, then CNC machined for precise fit on each spindle. Each hub is multi-drilled for 5 on 4.50" and 5 on 4.75" wheel lug patterns. The hubs come with bearing races installed, new bearings, grease seals, screw-on hub caps, and 1/2-20 RH grade 8 wheel lug studs.
Solid or Drilled Lightweight Steel Rotors
Special alloy, direct mount rotors are lightweight and strong. The "slotted window" design concentrates the majority of the rotor mass in the pad swept area to efficiently absorb and dissipate heat. This design eliminates unnecessary weight and reduces thermal stress at the mounting flange. When every ounce and thousandth of a second count, drilled rotors provide maximum weight reduction. Every rotor is surface ground for precise thickness and parallelism, then black oxide finished to resist corrosion.
PolyMatrix Brake Pads
PolyMatrix 7112 "E" comound has immediate cold response and a smooth rising torque curve over a wide temperature range. "E" provides steady control during burn-outs and staging, with immediate response and fade free performance at the finish line.
