Bills' 700 Series Serpentine Kits


The 700 series is designed for the Serpentine kit the Small Block Chevy using the 100 series or the 600 series brackets

The brackets mount to the front face of the heads using only the existing factory drilled holes: 3 on the drivers side and 1 on the passengers side. , therefore no drilling or tapping is required.  Some minor grinding or filling on the valve cover gasket flange may be needed.  The Alternator and Air Conditioner units are positioned over the valve covers.

Water Pump must be a reverse rotation type such as the flow Kooler Aluminum Pump with the small bolt pattern and hub the 5.625" offset for the hub.  Parts needed will include the brackets, pulleys, water pump, alternator compressor and serpentine belt.
If you are using power steering, you will also need the power steering bracket and the V-belt on technical section you will find what combinations are available.  

These brackets can be used with the short water pump only.

The alternator used is a G. M. and the air conditioner compressor is a Sanden SD-508

Stock steel or aluminum pulleys can be used with the set up

Brackets are available in Black Powder Paint (standard finish), Chrome Plated (additional cost) or Bare Steel (reduced cost). All brackets come completely assembled with an adjusting arm, all the necessary bolts, illustrated instructions, belt size recommendations and belt adjusting tips for easy installation.
