Shippable by UPS, your SUPERIDE II arrives complete hub to hub - with no other parts to buy. Others may say their system is easier to install because it's shipped completely assembled. NOT TRUE! Besides taking three people to handle, it's twice the work for you because you'll need to disassemble the system for handling, welding, and painting.

Our SUPERIDE II IFS System uses our famous Mustang II dropped spindle to allow for a front mount rack & pinion unit, to ease motor installation. It uses a geometry design very similar to the Mustang II, which works well on the fat fendered cars. The upper control arms use threaded adjusters for the wheel alignment. These threaded adjusters, unlike eccentric adjusters, will never "slip" and lose alignment no matter how big a bump you hit. "Smooth" describes the ride: very low and highly steerable with no bump-steer and built-in anti-dive. Installing the 3-piece cross member is an easy one-step operation. Combined with detailed instructions your installation will be as smooth as your ride with your new SUPERIDE II from Heidt's Hot Rod Shop.

HEIDT'S EXCLUSIVE MUSTANG II DROPPED SPINDLE

Our famous spindle, winner of the NSRA 1989 NEW PRODUCT OF THE YEAR AWARD. Dropped 2", it gives the lowest, safest ride available for fat fendered street rods. For maximum strength and safety, we've made it out of 1045 heat-treated alloy steel.
