Our IRS systems are bolt-in systems utilizing our vehicle-specific cage and sub-frame connectors to ensure correct geometry for that vehicle. Better handling, true performance and a dramatic increase in unitized body torsional rigidity are direct benefits. With horsepower ratings to 900 at the rear wheels, our heat treated aluminum hub carriers, high performance bolt-in axles, racing wheel bearings, and custom heat treated inner and outer racing CV bearings make our systems the best available…period! Exceptional handling, proper geometry and amazing adjustment capability are our attributes. High power capability is your benefit. These are complete systems, from the IRS cage to the sub-frame connectors to the center section and our exclusive, bulletproof stud girdle. Now you can finish your street rod the right way with Heidt’s new SUPERIDE™ IRS kit. It is the best riding and handling IRS to combine with your SUPERIDE™ IFS and will make your street rod a first class ride. The geometry is designed to be compatible with the SUPERIDE™ IFS, as well as most other independent front suspension kits. It is a complete unit, hub to hub, just like the SUPERIDE™ IFS. It begins with a cast aluminum alloy center housing, which is available fully polished. It includes a Ford 9” 3rd member, which is also available in fully polished aluminum.
